Turkish draughts is a classic board game that plays on an 8x8 grid with strong emphasis on straight line strategy. Unlike many other checkers variants, all movement and captures are made along files and ranks, not diagonals. Each player begins with 16 pieces placed on the second and third rows facing the opponent. The goal is to capture all opponent pieces or leave them with no legal moves.

Standard pieces, called men, move one square forward or sideways and capture by jumping an adjacent enemy piece into the empty square immediately beyond. When a man reaches the farthest row it promotes to a king. Kings move any number of empty squares along a rank or file and capture by jumping over an enemy piece and landing on any empty square beyond it. Captures are compulsory in the standard rules and multiple jumps are allowed in a single turn. This online version offers flexible play options: take on the computer, play with a friend on the same device, join live online matches, or watch others play as a spectator and suggest moves.

The game suits players who enjoy precise planning, spatial control, and long tactical sequences. With simple rules and deep strategy, Turkish draughts provides quick matches for new players and rich positional battles for experienced competitors.
