Poppy Playtime Survival is a first-person horror puzzle game set inside an abandoned toy factory. You play an ex-worker who returns to the factory to learn what happened to the missing staff. The factory hides collectible tapes and video logs that reveal the backstory. You must explore rooms, vents, and locked areas while solving environment puzzles and finding keys and codes to progress.
Gameplay mixes exploration, item use, and tense chase sequences. You get a special tool known as the GrabPack with two extendable hands. Use the Pack to reach distant switches, pull objects, and manipulate puzzle parts. Many doors use palm-shaped panels or coded locks. Search for color clues, toys, and tapes to unlock new areas.
The main threat is a large, fast toy antagonist that appears and chases you through several chapters. Expect jump scares, ambush moments, and timed escapes. Sound design and lighting build a suspenseful atmosphere. Each chapter grows more difficult with harder puzzles and tighter chases. The goal is to collect key items, watch the cassette and DVD logs, solve the factory mysteries, and survive until you reach the final area.
