Stacklands is a card-based puzzle and village builder that turns resource management into a tactile stacking game. Each element in the world is a card: villagers, buildings, food, monsters and resources. You drag and stack cards to trigger actions. For example, placing a Villager on a Berry Shrub makes the villager collect berries. Drag the Berry card onto the Villager to restore satiety. Combining and stacking cards creates new items, workers and structures.
The goal is to grow and protect a thriving village while completing dozens of quests. You must balance food, workers and materials to expand, trade or fight. Gameplay rewards planning: stack cards in the right order to automate collection and crafting, clear threats, and unlock new cards. Sessions range from short experiments to longer runs with strategic depth. The game mixes light city management with easy to learn card mechanics for addictive, repeatable play.
